Match 28 Press Conference
CHEN, Zhonghe (CHI Head Coach)
"We did very well today. USA was a strong team and had an advantage on the net with powerful attacks. Our overall performance was satisfactory. The probability of winning the third set was not high, so I let more reserve players play in that set to allow them to gain more on court experiences.
In fact, all three teams are all very fast and good in all aspects. On court performance will decide the winning team."

FENG, Kun (CHI Captain)
"Overall, our performance today was up to standard. In the third set, we did make some mistakes, which caused us to lose. Yet, we managed to do better in the last two sets.
I do admire the concrete defense of the USA team. I think we have to minimize the errors in serving."

YOSHIDA, Toshiaki (USA Head Coach)
"We did pretty good till the end. Obviously China did better than we did in many aspects. Even without Zhao Ruirui, her replacement no.18 Ping Zhang performed equally well. Otherwise, they would not be able to beat our team."

CROSS-BATTLE, Tara (USA Captain)
"Today we played a good match. We maintained good rhythm throughout the match. I am quite disappointed that we lost. But we are still looking forward to playing tomorrow's match. Today we did not block as well as we did in the match we played against China in Switzerland last time."
