The course was originally planned last September, but due to domestic problems the course had to be rescheduled. The Argentinean course director, Mr. Carlos Diaz Bancalari and the course instructor Mr. Edouardo Bellmann also from Argentina were both very satisfied with the course conditions and they stated that here was an excellent collaboration among all the stakeholders, the National Federation as well as the Olympic Committee officials. The island of Comoros lies in the Indian Ocean, located off the eastern coast of Africa is one of the smallest nations on the African continent and the Federation was affiliated to the FIVB in 1982. The course director, Mr. Abdoulaye Baba Sy from Senegal and the course instructor Mr. Mostafa Ahchouche from Morocco are satisfied the conditions under which the course is run and they are sure that this course will serve as an important part of the federation future development.
