Orduna reveals Argentine women’s Rio 2016 Olympic line-up

Buenos Aires, Argentina, July 13, 2016 – Argentina women’s team coach Guillermo Orduna revealed the official list of players that will compete in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

The qualification of the women’s team is a big achievement for the volleyball programme of Argentina, as they will be participating in their first ever Olympic Games. The Argentine women will join their male compatriots as both qualified to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games through the South American Olympic Qualification Tournaments.

Opposites: Lucia Fresco, Leticia Boscacci
Middle blockers: Emilce Sosa, Julieta Lazcano, Florencia Busquets
Outside spikers: Yamila Nizetich, Josefina Fernandez, Tanya Acosta, Morena Martinez Franchi
