VCP Beach Volleyball Grassroots Course completed in Jordan

VCP Beach Volleyball Grassroots Course participants work on their skills in Jordan
Amman, Jordan, May 7, 2015 – The University of Jordan in Amman hosted a Volleyball Cooperation Programme Beach Volleyball Grassroots Course from April 25-29 under the supervision of Jordanian FIVB Instructor Mr Mohammad Khalil Ibrahim Ahmad.

The course gathered a total of 26 participants, including two women, who were introduced to the sport of beach volleyball through a combination of theoretical and practical modules.

The participants coach at local clubs and schools. Hassan Hassouna, who is a coach and physical education teacher, said: “I am participating in the course to learn the latest training techniques in beach volleyball - ways to develop myself and to learn all the new practical and theoretical rules which have been added to the game, as it is of the highest interest to me. I would like to thank the FIVB and Instructor Mohammad Khalil for the valuable information he has provided during the course.”
