Mini-volleyball festival organised in Palestine

The Roman Catholic Patriarchate school in Beit Sahour hosted a mini-volleyball festival on May 2
Beit Sahour, Palestine, May 6, 2015 - A mini-volleyball festival was held at the Roman Catholic Patriarchate school in Beit Sahour in Palestine on Saturday, May 2 with 230 boys and girls attending.

The event was part of the Palestine Volleyball Federation's push to spread the sport of volleyball across the country. Coach Rani Asfour, who has also helped to develop volleyball programmes in local schools, supervised the day's activities.

School principal Mrs Sawsan Estephan thanked the Federation, Mr Asfour and event coordinator Ms Rosette Musleh for their support helping a new generation of children to get involved in the sport of volleyball.
