McCutcheon to lead coaching clinics in New Zealand

Hugh McCutcheon led USA men's team to gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and USA women's team to silver at the 2012 London Olympic Games
Wellington, New Zealand, May 6, 2015 - Former USA coach Hugh McCutcheon will be leading three coaching clinics in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch as part of New Zealand Volleyball's Women's Coaches Programme, in association with Sport New Zealand.

Hugh McCutcheon Coaching Clinics

The Women's Coaches Programme is an initiative aimed at supporting the development of female coaches and coaches of female athletes. However, all clinics and presentations are open to anyone wishing to learn from the best.

McCutcheon is one of New Zealand's most successful coaches - in any sport. He won gold with the United States men's volleyball team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and silver with the US women's volleyball team at the 2012 London Olympic Games. McCutcheon also led the United States to victories in the FIVB Volleyball World League (2008) and FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix (2012).
