Palestine mini-volley spreads popularity of volleyball

Palestinian children had plenty to celebrate at the end of their course
Ramallah, Palestine, April 27, 2015 – Children in Palestine were able to enjoy a weekend of volleyball after the Palestine Volleyball Federation hosted a mini-volley festival in the capital city Ramallah.

The festival was hosted by Palestine’s leading volleyball coach Rani Asfour and he was ably assisted by school teachers from across the country. The festival featured 150 children learning more about the sport at the Al-Alamiyeh School.

The course was run to help raise awareness of volleyball across Palestine and give the chance for children to learn about the sport in a fun and welcoming environment.
