Iran have confirmed their participation in the 2015 Hubert Wagner Memorial
Torun, Poland, February 18, 2015 - Iran coach Slobodan Kovac has confirmed his team’s participation in the 2015 edition of the Hubert Wagner Memorial, a competition which will take place in the immediate run-up to the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Cup in Japan.

The thirteenth edition of the Memorial will see Iran, France and Japan challenge world champions Poland in Torun from August 22-24. France were fourth at the FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship Poland 2014, and Iran sixth.

The Hubert Wagner Memorial is a tournament dedicated to the memory of the coach who led Poland to world and Olympic glory in 1974 and 1976 respectively. Last year's edition of the event saw Russia claim gold. Hosts Poland won silver, Bulgaria finished third and China fourth.
