Lochhead to provide expertise

Jason Lochhead will lead a Spring Break Beach Volleyball Camp at Huntington Beach, California
Huntington Beach, California, February 18, 2015 - Golden Coast Volleyball Club is set to become the first youth beach volleyball club offering training in Huntington Beach, California. It will open its doors on April 6, 2015 with its Spring Break Beach Volleyball Camp. The camp will be led by seasoned beach volleyball athlete and coach Jason Lochhead and managed by FIVB International Beach Volleyball Instructor Hayden Jones.
“Jason has a vast amount of knowledge regarding beach volleyball,” said Manager and Assistant Coach Hayden Jones. "We are excited about his acceptance of the directorship of the club and having him share his knowledge and passion for the game.”
With beach volleyball to be an NCAA accredited championship sport in the next couple of years, Golden Coast Beach Volleyball Club wants to shore up the wave of opportunity available to young volleyball athletes and support their potential.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer a one-of-a-kind experience for boys and girls of all ages in the surrounding Huntington Beach area,” said Jason Lochhead, Head Coach, “and with volleyball being the fastest growing emerging sport in history, it is the perfect time to open our doors.”
To kick off the 2015 year, the club is offering a four-day Spring Break Beach Volleyball Camp open to boys and girls from April 6-9. The camp will be held at the main training venue located at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Beach Boulevard on the Huntington City beach.
