FIVB/CEV Development Centre Luxembourg launches “Eventizer” seminar

d'Coque - Luxembourg's largest sports venue - will be playing host to the "Eventizer" management seminar that will run in conjunction with the annual Novotel Cup from January 2-4, 2015
Luxembourg, December 3, 2014 - The FIVB/CEV Development Centre in Luxembourg is proud to launch an “Eventizer” event management seminar during the 2015 edition of the Novotel Cup.

The Luxembourg Volleyball Federation (FLVB) and CEV “Eventizer” is a great opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and gain experience and confidence with the many processes required to organise a volleyball event.

Many topics will be covered during the seminar such as: ambitions, marketing and event advertising, sponsorship, booking management, entertainment and administration.

As part of the workshops, there will also be an opportunity to visit the FIVB/CEV Development Centre based at the d’Coque and to experience the atmosphere of the annual Novotel Cup.

The event starts on January 2, 2015 at 10.00 and will close on January 4, 2015 at 17.30.

The seminar leader and coach for this event is Mr Sven Rautenberg, owner of a sports event company, speaker for the German Volleyball Federation, and instructor in the German Bundesliga. He has also been responsible for event management for 5 years, speaker at both the World and European Championships as well as at club events. With his huge experience as speaker and event designer, Mr Rautenberg will be a fantastic tutor for this innovative seminar.

Involvement of spectators, athletes, sponsors in the event
- Core elements of the event design - Brand design

Real examples of how the event design and the brand operate successfully together
- “Best-Practice” application in volleyball
- The “Speaker”
- Personality, attributes and tasks!
- Hardware / Software / Moderation / Organisation

The package includes:

- Twin-room accommodation (breakfast, lunch & dinner) at d’Coque Development Centre
- Tour visit of the FIVB/CEV Development Centre d’Coque in Luxembourg
