Technical Seminar on Mini Volleyball completes in Tehran

Tehran, Iran, November 15, 2014 – Thirty-eight Iranian coaches participated in a five-day Mini Volleyball Technical Seminar in Tehran that ended Saturday. 

Fifteen women and 23 men from 20 provinces participated in the seminar, under the supervision of FIVB instructor, Mr. Athanasios Papageorgiou from Greece. The seminar, held both in theory and practice, included instructions on the methodology of teaching techniques and tactics, talent-selection strategies and training the target group of U-16.

All the participants in TS Mini Volley Seminar in Tehran received certificates issued by the FIVB.

The I.R. Iran Volleyball Federation has been following an infrastructural program to strengthen the bases of volleyball all across Iran among various under-age groups.
