VCP Teachers course held in Sri Lanka

The VCP Teachers course was held in Heianthuduwa, Sri Lanka
Lausanne, Switzerland, June 19, 2014 – A VCP Teachers course was held in Sri Lanka from June 2 to 6.

Thirty-two participants joined the course, which was held at the Sri Lanka Youth Center at Heiyanthuduwa. The choice of venue meant that there were a number of young “spectators” and it is hoped that that will help create an interest in volleyball and assist in spreading the popularity and development of the game.

Dan Girleanu took charge of the course and struck up a strong rapport with those taking part, who all completed the course successfully.

The participants were a cross-section of members of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Sri Lanka Navy, Sri Lanka Army and Sri Lanka Police, together with physical training teachers and instructors.
