Fans visit the trophy in Rome
Lausanne, Switzerland, June 20, 2014 – Hundreds of fans flocked to the Foro Italico Sports Complex in Rome, Italy earlier this month to get a change to see the FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship trophy in person.

The Eternal City was the first stop for the tour tour, which allowed fans to get a close look at the trophy, leading up to the FIVB Women’s World Championship in Italy from September 23 to October 12.

After viewing the trophy, many of the fans attended the FIVB Volleyball World League match between Italy and Poland, which was also in Rome.
