Technical Seminar for Players concludes successfully in Senegal

Dakar, Senegal, June 12, 2014 - The Senegal Volleyball Development Centre organised a Technical Seminar for Players from May 26 to 30 in Dakar under the leadership of FIVB Instructor Mr. Eric Ngapeth from France.

A total of 23 men and three women, hailing from Niger, Mali and Senegal, took part in the seminar.

The instructor was pleased with the organisation of the seminar though he noted the need to improve the level of female participation in the courses in the future.

The FIVB Technical Seminars programme is intended for technicians (with experience as volleyball players and/or coaches) looking to improve their knowledge and competences of the different volleyball techniques.

These seminars usually feature world-renowned volleyball coaches and instructors and associate players for practical demonstrations.
