Lausanne, Switzerland, May 28, 2014 – The Development Centre of Argentina organized a Technical Seminar Defense/Serve/Libero from May 12 to 16 in the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut Province, in the southern part of Argentina.

This seminar was part of a series of seminars that associated with the Centre’s outreach program to develop a stronger external relationship with schools and volleyball club leaders.

One of the Centre’s key targets this year has been to develop closer ties in surrounding countries such as Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru and Chile.

Under the direction of Cuban instructor Lic. Argelio Pascual Hernandez Rodriguez, a total of seven men and 13 women took part in the seminar.

At the end of the course, the participants in Comodoro expressed their satisfaction as the course helped boost their volleyball knowledge on both a practical and theoretical level.

In addition to the interactive teaching classes, all the participants received manuals to complete a very successful course.

The presence of the press and the local television gave the seminar a higher profile.
