Senegal puts on VIS course

Senegal staged the VIS course as part of its plans for future tournaments
Lausanne, Switzerland, May 23, 2014 – The Development Centre of Senegal organized a VIS (Volleyball Information System) Course from May 12 to 16 under the supervision of French instructor Francis Druenne.

A total of 15 participants (13 men and two women) from Senegal and Cameroon took part in the course. All of them did a great job and ended the course successfully.

The instructor introduced the system to all the participants during the five-day course. The main objective of VIS is to inform national and international media of the results of matches and individual player statistics.

The seminar in Senegal was part of Senegal’s strategy to prepare a team for future competitions.
