The Level I Course in Thies, Senegal
Lausanne, Switzerland, April 9, 2014 – An International Level I Course has been run in Thies, Senegal.

The course attracted 31 candidates, representing two nationalities, and included five women.

The FIVB delivered a Gerflor court to Senegal last year and the country is making good progress in international competitions.

In last year’s Women’s African Championship, the Senegal team overcame northern African powerhouse Algeria 3-0 and Egypt 3-2, while Senegal players took four of the seven individual prizes in the tournament.
