Mini-Volleyball Clinic in UAE comes to successful conclusion

The clinic was sponsored by the Leaders Qualification Center of the UAE General Authority of Youth & Sports Welfare with 32 participants taking part in the clinic.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 6, 2014 – The United Arab Emirates Volleyball Association hosted a Mini-Volleyball Clinic entitled "Modern Trends in Training Youngsters" from April 1 to 5, under the direction of John Kessel, USA Volleyball Director for Sport Development and FIVB Instructor.

The UAEVA President, Yousef Almulla, presided over the closing ceremony Saturday, presenting certificates to every participant.

Tuesday’s opening ceremony included guest of honour Salem Saeed Binhezem, the director of leaders qualification center, and Khaled Murad, UAEVA secretary general.

“The clinic was very fruitful and helped improve the knowledge of the UAEVA Grass Roots Coaches, thanks to the continued efforts and expertise of the Instructor John Kessel,” said Mr. AL Mulla.
