Referee course in Sierre Leone ends successfully

The course was led by FIVB instructor Mr. Solomon Bekele from Ethiopia

Freetown, Sierre Leone, March 4, 2014 - The Sierra Leone Volleyball Federation ran a referee course from February 20 to 24, 2014.

There were 13 men and two women who took part in the programme all coming from around the host country. The instructor ensured that participants learnt as much as possible about the theory and practice of the official FIVB Rules of the Game.

The referee course is designed to educate and train new referees at the national level. It also provides National Federations with a structure so that they may continue to develop their national referees.
