Tunisia played with most of the line up to clinch a straight set win over Niger 3-0 (25-16, 25-13, 25-12) in 60 minutes. The Tunisian coach started the first set with the main line up but made frequent substitutions in the second set where he fielded some substitutes but used the same strategy of spike services and strong attacks through the wing spikers. The match pointed to a good come back for Tunisian opposite Hicham El Kaabi who served very well, putting the Niger team under pressure in the third set when he scored four aces.

The winner of the round robin tournament will earn the third African ticket to the FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship Poland 2014 from August 30 to September 21.
