Social media fans to get exclusive content surrounding FIVB Men's World Championships

Fans can join in the conversation on the official FIVB Men’s World Championship Twitter account
Lausanne, Switzerland, January 24, 2014 – Fans are invited to help the International Volleyball Federation kick off the most prestigious and largest event in international volleyball – alongside the Olympic Games – on Monday, during the Drawing of Lots for the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship Poland 2014.

On Monday, fans can join in the conversation surrounding the event on the official FIVB Men’s World Championship Twitter account, @FIVBMensWCH by using the hashtag #FIVBMensWCH. Twitter fans will be among the first to learn which teams will compete against each other in the tournament, as well as discover when and where the matches will take place. Fans can also join in anticipation as the trophy is unveiled, and discuss thoughts and pose questions about the Drawing of Lots and FIVB Men’s World Championship, which will take place August 30 to September 21 in Poland.

FIVB Facebook fans will also get an inside look at the event leading up to the championship. Those who “like” the FIVB on Facebook will discover exclusive content, sure to spark excitement around the world.
