Tunisia to host 2014 Men's African Club Championship

Sfax of Tunisia won the last edition of the Men's African Club Championship

Cairo, Egypt, January 14, 2014 - Tunisia was granted the honour of hosting the 2014 Men's African Club Championship from March 18 to 30, 2014 by the African Volleyball Confederation (CAVB) on Tuesday.

The competition which attracts the largest number of participants annually over all the African volleyball competitions will be held at the Etoile du Sahel Hall in Sousse.

The deadline for the African teams to confirm their participation is February 28, 2014.

The winner of this competition will earn a slot at the 2014 Men's Club World Championship to be held in Brazil in May 2014.
Tunisian champions Sfax were the champions of the last edition of the competition held in Tripoli, Libya in April 2013.
