Saquarema, Brazil, December 7, 2013 – Argentina Volleyball experienced a historical moment on Saturday, when the Under-Age Boy's National team defeated Brazil in a tie break match to win the gold medal at the second edition of the South American Championship.

The Argentine men, coached by Julian Alvarez, came from behind as Brazil took the first two sets on their home court, 25-17, and 25-22. In the third set, however, Argentina came ahead to win 16-25.
