Mini-volleyball festival held for children in Ramallah

The children show off their certificates for taking part in the mini-volleyball festival in Ramallah
Lausanne, Switzerland, November 17, 2013 – A mini-volleyball festival took place in at the Al-Khatib school in the Palestinian city of Ramallah on November 16.

Around 90 boys and girls took part in the event, which was supported by the Palestine Volleyball Federation.

The event was broadly covered by local media, including the Al Quds, Alayyam and Al-Hayat newspapers.

It was also covered by the Palestine Sports TV Channel and local TV.

The festival was positively received by all involved, especially the children taking part.

The coach in charge was Rani Asfour. 

Al-Ayyam News paper, the second largest leading press in Palestine, published an article by sports reporter Mr. Mohammad Rantisi to raise to the world on FIVB sites of Palestine Mini Volley Ball achievements.
