Third CDRV seminar for teachers takes place in Argentina

The seminar in Neuquen will bring to an end a series of course that first started in Uruguay with over 160 volleyball teachers.

Neuquen, Argentina, October 13, 2013 – The FIVB-FeVA Argentine Volleyball Regional Development Centre (CDRV) have conducted their third and last teachers’ seminar for the year. The seminar is taking place in the city of Choz Malal, Neuquen, with 60 participants and is being led by FIVB Instructor Professor Argelio Pascual Hernández Rodríguez from Cuba.

Present at the opening ceremony were Professor Abel Cabrera (Instituto Seneca de Educación Fisica), Professor Carina Vicintini (Director at Choz Malal), Professor Hernández Rodríguez (Vice-Treasurer of FeVA) and Jose Maria Cuadrillero (representing CDRV) and Professor Enzo Paez (President of the North Neuquen Volleyball League).

"The three seminars are a huge step in the right direction for our young volleyball regional Centre,” said CDRV Director, Gabriel Salvia. “It fulfills the goals of its creation, which are to give volleyball knowledge to the whole country and to the region. This is a first step of many and we are very proud to be able to work under the aims the FIVB gives to support these kinds of projects."
