Sykora: The youth of volleyball right now is changing the game

Zhu Ting's impressive performance led China to an 11-0 record at the 2013 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix

Sapporo, Japan, August 29, 2013 – After two days of action at the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix Finals, former USA star Stacy Sykora witnessed live the intense performances being put on by the six teams in the race to bag the title of the premier annual women’s volleyball event. 

Sykora shares her thoughts on the rise of young players like Valentina Diouf, Gabriela Braga Guimaraes, Kelly Murphy, and Zhu Ting, in her latest FIVB video blog.

Sykora pointed out that these young players are changing the game – making it more intense and making the fans watch even more.

Zhu Ting tops her list and considers the young Chinese player as one of the greatest volleyball players.
