Festival volley held for children in Yemen

Nearly 400 children participated in an Festival volley in Seyin, Yemen
Seyin, Yemen, June 24, 2013 – Nearly 400 children participated in an Festival volley in Seyin, Yemen on June 16.

Children from nine local schools attended the event, getting the opportunity to learn volleyball rules and techniques, at the Football stadium in Seyin. The children participated in one of the six organized matches, where prizes were awarded to the winners. 

The volleyball association of Yemen provided 30 balls, six nets, transportation, and costs, to ensure the children could participate. 

Fourteen former volleyball players and 10 referrers also participated in the event to play with the students and speak to them.
