Participants of the VCP Coaches course in Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago, May 27, 2013 - A Volleyball Cooperation Programme Beach Volleyball teachers course was recently carried out in Tobago for eight days.

The VCP Coaches Level 1 course was run by FIVB Instructor Mr. Ramiro Casiano Hart, with collaboration of the Trinidad and Tobago Volleyball Federation and the FIVB.

A total of 13 men and four women took part in the course. Participants included physical education students, referees and coaches – were given theoretical instruction on the rules of play and other technical aspects of the game.

The instructor said he was surprised to encounter a squad of 17 young participants who were very committed and willing to follow the course very thoughtfully until the end.

"Most of them had an advanced skill level, a tremendous mental and a great physical energy,” Casiano Hart said.
