Lausanne, Switzerland, April 19, 2013 – A beach volleyball VCP course was held in Ghana from April 15 to 19 under the instruction of FIVB beach volleyball instructor Yaniv Noyman.

Ghana is an emerging country when it comes to the sport of beach volleyball. However, coach Noyman believes the sport, despite being relatively unknown in Ghana, has a good chance of growth in the beach-friendly country and other African countries.

The participants were described as “very involved” and showing “lots of potential.”

During the course, which received good local TV coverage, ideas were discussed on how to develop and promote beach volleyball in Ghana, which is in need of coaches as well as equipment to help the game flourish.
