Referee refresher course comes to a successful conclusion in Senegal

Participants came from Senegal, Mauritania, Sierra Leone and Gambia

Dakar, Senegal, January 4, 2013 - A referee refresher course was held at the Development Center in Dakar, Senegal from December 13 to 20, 2012 in collaboration with zone 2 officials.

Twenty three participants, including eleven female referees, from four countries attended the course. 

The course was led by international referee Amadou Anna Seye from Senegal who was happy with the performance of the referees in both the theoretical and the practical sessions of the course.

The closing ceremony was attended by zone 2 president Mamadou Ndoye, representatives from the Senegal National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSS) and the Ministry of Sport, as well as the vice president of the Senegal Volleyball Federation.
