Syria VCP course goes ahead

In all, 30 teachers attended the Damascus VCP course

Damascus, Syria, August 14, 2012 – A total of 30 teachers joined a VCP course at the Syrian Olympic Academy Headquarters, Al-Fayhaa Sport Complex, in Damascus.

With the prevailing violence affecting the country, this may be the only sports programme running in the country with foreign assistance.

The course was led by the FIVB instructor Youssef Al-Hilbawi. The opening ceremony of the VCP Course was held successfully on August 6. Sessions ran from August 6 to 13 and featured theoretical as well as practical lessons about updates to the game’s techniques and tactics for level I coaches.
