Tampere, Finland, June 15, 2012 - Brazil edged a 3-2 win over Canada in Tampere, Finland on Friday in a thrilling match.
Brazil coach Bernardo Rezende: "Canada played much better offensively than last weekend against us. We had ups and downs. We are little tired and we have to rest a little bit and be ready for the match tomorrow. We try to keep us at the top of the pool."
Brazil captain Giba: "This was very hard for us. Canada was very good in offence. We had more patience at the end. Blocking and defense are very good."
Canada coach Glenn Hoag: "For us it was better match than last weekend and gave us in the offense good results. Brazil always does small things well."
Canada captain Frederic Winters: "I am happy with the way we started the match. We obviously later lost some confidence when Brazil came with strength. In the back of our heads we were already thinking of Sunday and the last match against Finland of the third place in the pool."
