Turkish Volleyball Federation thanks Roadshow instructors

Ankara, Turkey, August 13, 2014 - The Turkish Volleyball Federation and Turkish Olympic Committee’s new project, Roadshow Volleyball, which aims to educate youth trainers and physical education teachers for free, continues to build momentum.

As many as 145 trainers and teachers attended seminar lectures given by FIVB instructors Athanasios Papageorgiou and Cengiz Akarcesme in Bursa last week. Turkish Volleyball Federation President Ozkan Mutlugil thanked the two men in front of the 7,000 spectators at the
Baskent Volleyball Hall in Ankara on Sunday, ahead of the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Grand Prix match between Turkey and Germany. Mutlugil presented the two instructors with commemorative plaques to show the federation's appreciation for their hard work.

Roadshow Volleyball will visit another two cities before its tour of nine cities in Turkey is complete. The eighth destination will be Artvin from August 13-14. Roadshow Volleyball will end in Samsun on August 16-17.
