Level II Coaches Course in Algeria off to a good start

 
The course will come to an end on November 14

Algiers, Algeria, November 11, 2013 - The Algerian Volleyball Federation is holding a Level II Coaches Course in line with its strategy to develop qualified coaches in order to improve the technical skills of players. The course is part of the FIVB North Africa project, which is working hard to boost the country’s volleyball profile internationally.  

The course is being led by FIVB Instructor, Mr. André Glaive from France and the 13 day course, which started on November 2, has 16 candidates.  

The first week focused on high performance volleyball, key elements of successful serving, defense formation and match preparation including coaches’ game plan.

The Level II Coaches Courses are offered through the FIVB’s Volleyball Cooperation Programme (VCP) and is aimed at improving coaching skills and participants’ knowledge of the game.
