AVC Referees Course ends in Thailand

 
All the successful participants received certificates from Mr Jizhong Wei (FIVB and AVC Life Honorary President and president of the Control Committee of the 17th Asian Senior Women's Volleyball Championship).

Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, September 12, 2013 – The 2013 AVC Volleyball Referees Course ended successfully on Thursday at the Ratchaphruk Grand Hotel, one day ahead of the start of the 17th Asian Senior Women's Volleyball Championship. 

The five-day course, which began on September 8 saw the participation of 13 candidates from Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Maldives and Vietnam. The  practical and theoretical components of the course was directed by Referee Delegate Mr Songsak Charoenpong and Instructor Mr Jirachai Kasemsook of Thailand.

The 2013 AVC Volleyball Referees Course 2013 was held to encourage the development of referee skills by giving inexperienced referees knowledge in line with current trends in the sport.
