VCP Course for Young Players underway in Gabon

 
The course is being led by FIVB Instructor Mr Blaise Mayam Re-Niof and the five day course will conclude on July 19.

Libreville, Gabon, July 18, 2013 -  A Young Players course is currently in progress in the African country of Gabon, attended by 25 participants coming from all over the country.

The Gabon Volleyball Federation have worked hard to ensure the success of the course in order to provide a foundation for  the events that it will be hosting in the months to come. Later this month, Gabon will host a qualifying tournament for the 2014 World Championship.

The Young Players course exists within the framework of the FIVB’s Volleyball Cooperation Programme. The course aims to encourage young talent and to motivate their future participation in the sport by teaching them fundamental techniques, which provide a basis for the learning.
