Nigeria to meet Algeria on opening of Women’s African Nations Championships

 
Officials during the technical meeting of the 2013 Women's Junior African Nations Championship in Abuja
Abuja, Nigeria, Match 13, 2013 - Hosts Nigeria will meet favourites Algeria on the opening day of the 2013 Women's Junior (U20) African Nations Championship in Abuja.
 
The competition acts as a qualifier for the 17th edition of the FIVB Women's Junior World Championship to be held in Brno in the Czech Republic from June 21 to 30. In all there are three vacancies up for grabs for countries of the CAVB  

Defending African Nations champions, Egypt, will play Nigeria on the second day of competition while Algeria plays Egypt on the third and final day.
