Rwandan referees up to speed with latest rules

 
Rwanda's referees are now up to date with the latest FIVB rules after a refereeing course
Kigali, Rwanda, 12 March, 2013 - The Rwanda National Volleyball Federation in collaboration with the FIVB recently organised a Volleyball Cooperation Refereeing Programme course for five days at the end of February.

The instructor Mr. Abdelmajid Kilani Djerad, from Tunisia, was appointed to run the course, gave detailed lessons on both practical and theory of the Rules of the Game and the participants also learned about the latest rule changes.

In total 30 participants - 18 men and 12 women - took part in the course. The representatives of the Ministry of Sport, the General Secretary of the National Olympic Committee and the representatives of the National Federation were all present for the opening and closing ceremonies.
