FIVB Level I Coaches Course in Sri Lanka

 
Maharagama, Sri Lanka, March 6, 2013 – The Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation has successfully completed a Level 1 Coaches course at the National Youth Services Council Auditorium in the town of Maharagama.
 
The 25 participants included four women and the course was directed by Mr Zhao Shanwen. His extensive knowledge on all aspects of the game of volleyball was well received by participants.
 
The Hon. Dilan Perera (MP) - president of the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation, vice- president of the National Olympic Committee, member of the Board of Administration of the Asian Volleyball Confederation and Minister of Foreign Employment Promotion and Welfare - was the chief guest at the ceremony and distributed certificates to the participants. 

Prizes were also awarded to the best students for the practical (Mr MSM Kumara) and theoretical (Mr Rapcr Arachchi) components of the course. The best student award was given to Mr MPS Senevirathne.
