Poland Won the Psychological Game!
Although, the score seems clear, because Poland team won by 3:0 in sets, the match was not easy for them at all. The Czech team was leading every set until the really end, but then as their head coach Ales Novak commented: We did not have a head to win the set!. On the other side of the net a Poland head coach Andrzej Pec was not satisfied with his players, he just said :We can do much better!

Brazilians Had a Little More Confidence
This was the most interesting match of the day played so far. In five sets both teams showed a good play and at the end won the one with more confidence. Brazilian head coach Wadson Lima said: Both teams played good and they both could win. It was just the matter of having more confidence at certain points of the match. Luca Pieragnoli, the Italian head coach was satisfied the way his team performed, but, he commented:Brazilian team played a very good tactic by stopping us in the middle of the court, so that we had to change our game.

The Czech team was ahead all three sets but they did not have a weapon to close it. Especially, the first set they had a big advantage on the score 23:20, but finished with losing it. With this match Brazilians gain their second victory in the pool C, and are looking forward the tommorow's match against very good Polish team.

The winner from this match, Italy stays and continues to play-off elimination group, while a loser team from Czech Republic is out as a fourth in its pool. Czech game was very oscilating, especially in the last and fourth set when they had 16:6, and 22:17, but lost it by 25:23. Italian head coach, Luca Pieragnoli had many substitutions in the fourth set and that brought him victory. The best team scorer on the Italian team was Valentina Da Col with 20 points.

In first two sets Brazil did not have any problems with Poland, but then Polish team tied up 2:2 in sets. In a tie-break the score was close until the result 13:13 when Brazil having more luck won two points in a row and won set, match and the first place in pool C.
