Andrzej Pec; has been involved with Volleyball training in Poland at under age
group level since 1993 and has taken the Polish Women’s U20 side to some
impressive results lately.

In 2001 he took the team to second place at the European Championship in the
Czech Republic, third place at the World Youth Championship in Croatia and a
fourth place finish at the European Teen Olympic Games in Spain.

Pec; had the team firing on all cylinders in 2002 when they went on to take out
the Junior European Championship in Zagreb. Now ahead of the 2003 World
Championship, the head coach will be hoping for more of the same.
