Serbia and Montenegro coach Milan Zerkovic

Milan Zerkovic has been coaching for 12 years having first started in 1991 at VC Partizan, Belgrade.

With a successful playing career behind him, where he was captain of VC Partizan, Belgrade for four years, Zerkovic, who is fluent in Russian, English and Greek, quickly came to grips with coaching and has worked himself up to become the coach of the Serbia and Montenegro junior team, a position he has held since this season.

The 41-year-old from Zica, where there is a strong tradition in Volleyball, has the exciting task of grooming Serbia and Montenegroís stars of tomorrow in a country where there is an abundance of talent.

While Zerkovicís best finish as a player was second place in the CEV Cup heíll be hoping to improve that record as a coach at the end of August.
