Russia coach -  Serguei Tsvetnov

Serguei Tsvetnov, 45, has only recently started his new term with the Under 21 team having come on board in May 2003 but he comes with a very extensive background.

Having been the head coach of the Russian Iskra Club since 1981 Tsvetnov has collected many successes along the way including second place in the Russian Super league and a cup triumph this year. He also led his club to third place in the European Champions League.

But more importantly Tsvetnov has been involved with the national U21 side before having coached them in 1988 to a European Championship title, and a World Championship title in Thailand 1999.
