Biography	Rolando Cholakian is a teacher from Argentina as well as a member the Technical Refereeing Commission at the Argentina Volleyball Federation and a national instructor. He began refereeing since 1977 and has been a FIVB Referee since 2004 Among some of his achievements are the South American Championships, the Pan American Cup, the American Cup, eight FIVB World Championships, 12 FIVB World Leagues, the Olympic Games, the FIVB World Cup, the FIVB World Grand Champions Cup.
