Happy birthday to Kenzei at USA fast win over Algeria

 
USA celebrating their win against Algeria and the leadership of the pool

 Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, July 30, 2013- World No. 5 USA celebrated twice at Chatchi Hall, first after their easy victory against No. 16 Algeria 3-0 (25-12, 25-18, 25-7) in the competition fastest match till now lasting only 58 minutes in Pool C of FIVB Girls' U18 World Championship in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand on Tuesday, and second for their Libero Kenzie Maloney's birthday on July 30th in 1997.

The victory improved the win- loss ratio of the winners to 3-1 to lead the pool ahead of Brazil who have the same ratio but with less set quotient, while winless Algeria dropped to 0-4 to finish 5th in the pool.

Hayley Hodson led her team scorers with 12 points including three ace services and 3 blocks equal to Danielle Cuttino, but the latter had impressive 5 dying blocks. From the Algerian side Yasmine Abderrahim led her team scorers with 45 points.

 The match dominated all through by the US players who used all the power through the service and blocks to stop any attempt for the Algerians
