Brazil are constantly getting better, says Sykora

Brazilian team celebrate their 200th victory at the World Grand Prix

Sapporo, Japan, August 30, 2013 – Stacy Sykora reviewed the activities of the third day of the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix and expressed her excitement about the upcoming matches of Italy and USA, Brazil and Serbia, and the two Asian volleyball giants China and Japan, which will face-off on Saturday at the Hokkaido Prefectural Sports Center.

Sykora believes that Brazil, which set a record for the most number of wins at the World Grand Prix after beating Italy, are constantly getting better.

Sykora also pointed out that the matches on the fourth day are interesting as USA and Italy are looking for their first win in the final round and their match-up will determine who will sit at the bottom of the standings.

Serbia will try to hang on and get better ranking but will face a tough opponent in Brazil. China and Japan will relive their rivalry on court and their familiarity in each other’s game.
