Russia sets the bar high, but expect big changes from Brazil and USA, says Tom Hoff

"I am certain we will be seeing much more of Muserskiy at world tournaments going forward," says Tom Hoff
Lausanne, Switzerland, August 22, 2012 - In a final retrospective on the London Olympics, former USA captain Tom Hoff talks about the Russian players who won gold - some of whom he knows well - and what the future may hold for teams like Brazil and USA that have high hopes for Rio in 2016.

Hoff says we can expect both Brazil and USA to start making changes and cultivating their younger talent. Both came to London to win, and don't like coming up short.

He also shares what winning a gold medal can mean for a player personally. Hoff writes what his own medal has meant to him, and how his attitude to it has evolved since 2008.
