S.E.L.L. System training begins in Chaco, Argentina
The S.E.L.L. System (which stands for signalling, running, reading and lateralization) has already been implemented in Italy. Its aim is to help young volleyball players work on their skills and enhance movement development.
FeVA President Juan Antonio Gutierrez said: “We start what we believe at the FeVA is a huge change in the area of mini-volleyball, with more integration, more follow-up, and that will make good use of a massive movement of children, so that they become more well-educated players. We have two very experienced volleyball people - Velasco at the Argentine Seniors and Pittera at the age-group level - applying all the systems and tools that take good care of the players in their development. We have great expectations and we are very proud of current developments in Argentine volleyball.”
Training will start this Friday from 9.00-13.00 at the Club de Regatas in Resistencia, Chaco, with the support of the Chaco Sports Institution. The course is aimed at all province and all NEA Region physical education teachers.
