Hong Kong youngsters put skills into practice

The VolleyInAction workshop featured 350 children learning new skills
Victoria, Hong Kong, December 27, 2013 – Hong Kong's future volleyball starts were given the chance to develop their volleyball skills in a two-day coaching workshop.

The VolleyInAction Workshop drew in 350 youngsters and more than 50 coaches and teachers, where they learned skills, played matches and underwent coaching.

Local FIVB-accredited coaches Yak Hok Chun and Jason Mak Tsz Shun were the pair that organised the workshop and they were delighted with its success.

“It's our great honor that FIVB coaching instructor, Tatsuya Adachi, was invited to present a world-class coaching workshop in Hong Kong this year,” Yak Hok Chun said. “There are 10 more local coaches learning from Japanese volleyball coaches as they develop their coaching skills.”
