Slovenian players and journalists share courts ahead of World Tour event in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, Slovenia, November 22, 2018 - A press conference organised at the venue of the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Ljublana, Winter Edition event which will take place in the Slovenian capital from November 29 to December 2 was a great opportunity to gather the best Slovenian beach volleyball players and representatives of the media on the beach volleyball courts at the Ludus Sports Park.

Journalists were invited to take to the beach volleyball courts in a tournament where they teamed up with Slovenia's beach volleyball players, including Danijel Pokersnik, Gasper Plahutnik, Manuel Grunwald, Aleksander Dulai, Nina Zdesar, Katarina Bulc, Katarina Fabjan and Klara Kregar, who will all compete at the event in Ljubljana at the end of the month.

“I would like to say thank you to the Volleyball Federation of Slovenia for this great event. Playing together with our best beach volleyball players was real fun and I enjoyed every minute of it. Great idea and I hope we will get a new opportunity already next summer,” one of the journalists commented.

“It was something new for us players too, and it was a lot of fun. I am quite surprised with the level of skills the media representatives were showing on the sand. Who knows, maybe this could become a tradition,” Aleksander Dulai said after the tournament.
